9.  Mid-Hudson Math Circle
To commence in Fall 2007
1.Weekend workshops for middle/high school students. Aim for diversity in terms of gender, race and ethnicity.
2.Special sessions for girls, maybe as an afterschool program.
3.Sessions in local libraries for younger students.
4.Invite participation by local college faculty and students
5.Connect with other teachers, educators and professionals in the region
6.Coordinate a network of math enrichment programs in the Hudson Valley.
